Researcher of Oujiang Laboratory. He has long been engaged in research on clinical application of iPSCs-based stem cells and mechanism of neurodegenerative diseases. He has rich experience in clinical translation of iPSC-based cell therapy, neurodegenerative disease research and in vitro organoid disease model construction; he leads and manages preclinical research on iPSC cell therapy; he is familiar with the differentiation of many types of cells, gene editing, organoid culture and other technologies; he has in-depth understanding of the whole process of mouse technology, from breeding, surgery to behavioral analysis and in-depth analysis of different organs; he has received numerous publications in Advanced Science (2 articles, iScience, Journal of the International Society of Stem Cells) and the International Journal of Stem Cell Research (IJS). He has published a number of articles in Advanced Science (2 articles), iScience, Journal of Cell Science and other journals. The laboratory is committed to the early development of stem cell therapeutic methods and clinical translation for clinical needs, which will ultimately promote the application of stem cell therapy based on iPSCs in the treatment of clinical diseases.
