Dr. Shuai is the Bachelor, Master and Ph.D. in Department of Physics, Xiamen University. He has long been engaged in the interdisciplinary research of computational biophysics and AI big data. His research contents include network dynamics of cell signaling, single cell transcriptomics, protein mass spectrometry, biological image recognition, and neural network dynamics. He has published more than 200 papers in journals such as PRL, PNAS, and Nat Commun, with more than 4,000 citations, and applied for 17 invention patents. He used to be the deputy dean of the National Institute for Data Science in Health and Medicine, Xiamen University, the director of the Institute of Theoretical Physics and Astrophysics of Xiamen University, and is now the director of the Biomedical Physics Center of Wenzhou Institute UCAS.
