Prof. Weihong Song is the Vice-President-Academic of Wenzhou Medical University, President of Oujiang Laboratory, President of Alberta College, Director of Geriatric Research Institute, and Director of Zhejiang Provincial Key Laboratory of Alzheimer's Disease.

He used to served as Canada Research Chair on Alzheimer's Disease, tenured Chair Professor at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He is an editorial board member of Journal of Clinical Investigation, as well as an associate editor and editorial board member of several international journals.

Prof. Song has been involved in Alzheimer's disease research for a long time and has achieved a series of international leading results. His recent work has been published in the Journal of Clinical Investigation, Molecular Psychiatry, Nature Communications, Nature Medicine, Neuron, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy, and other journals. He has published his work in Journal of Clinical Investigation, Molecular Psychiatry, Nature Communications, Nature Medicine, Neuron, Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy.

(1) Research on the etiology, molecular mechanism, drug development, early diagnosis, and prevention and treatment of neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease;
(2) Research on Down syndrome and cognitive development and diseases in children;
(3) Research on aging/brain aging;
(4) Research on risk prediction and intervention for groups and individuals based on big data and community.

Excellent invistigators, post-docs, research assistants and graduate students in related areas are wanted.
