团队现有博士后1名,助理研究员3名,科研助理1名,研究生14名。
招聘需求

诚聘博士后等科研人员,应聘条件如下

1)身心健康,为人踏实,热爱科研,具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,有较好的英语交流和论文写作能力;

2)获得国内外高校生物学、医学、药学等相关专业博士学位,且获学位时间一般不超过3年,年龄不超过35周岁;

3)能独立开展科研工作,近五年内在领域内权威期刊发表过较高水平研究论文;

4)具备分子和细胞生物学、神经科学及电生理研究经验者可优先考虑。

实验室待遇:

1)以上岗位均依照瓯江实验室标准发放工资,享受浙江省/温州市相关人才政策,依照科研经验调整待遇 (例如温州市事业编制、安家费和购房补贴、过渡房等)。

(2)签订正规劳动合同,享受国家法定节假日、五险一金等福利。同时提供人才公寓、职工食堂、工会福利等,解决子女义务教育阶段入学或入托问题。

(3)博士后:两年总薪酬90万,出站后可留组工作,享受事业编制和购房优惠。
